Report Details & Scheduling

The first section of the add/edit report page contains the general report details which consists of the following:

  • Report Name: The name of the report.
  • Period: The time period for the data in the report, this can one of the following:
    • All new data: The report will contain all data since it was last run.
    • Last X hours: The report will contain the defined number of hours of data.
    • Last X days: The report will contain the defined number of days of data.
    • Last Month: The report will contain all the data from the previous month.
  • Date Format: The format to be used for the timestamps in the report. Clicking on the icon will display a dialog with all available tokens.
  • Show Units: If this is ticked, then the Device Field's units will be shown in the CSV header
  • Report Timezone: The timezone to use for the report contents, this can be one of the following:
    • Device Timezone: This will use the device's timezone for the timestamps in the report' contents.
    • Report Schedule Timezone: This will use the timezone defined in the report's configuration for the timestamps in the report's contents.
  • Schedule Timezone: This is the timezone that will be used when calculating when the report should be sent
  • Schedule: There are two ways to schedule when a report should run, although both allows the user to select which hours of the day the report should be sent.
    • Select days of week: Select which days of the week and which hours of the day the report should be sent.
    • Select dates of month: Select which dates of the month and which hours of the day the report should be sent.
