Inmarsat (IDP/ST6) Support

The SatVUE Portal was designed and developed to support the Inmarsat IDP-680 and IDP-690 and then the ST6100 when it was released to replace the IDP series of terminals. The SatVUE portal therefore fully supports sending/receiving messages to/from IDP and ST6 terminals and provides a simple interface to do so. The following features support IDP/ST6 satellite terminals:

Communicates directly to the Orbcomm and Inmarsat IDP Gateways.
Implements a custom message format to minimize data usage.
Remote configuration of terminals, allows access to the terminal's SIN/PIN values.
Action Buttons which execute a Lua script and send custom messages to terminals.
Ability to send Lua scripts to the terminal, which can be executed at certain events.
A calcualtion system that utilizes standard calculations or Lua scripts to process data from terminals.
Alarm notifications via Email when values go outside an allowed range.

PDSA staff can also send firmware and software updates over the air on your behalf, which can eliminate the need for a site visit.
